Same Game Multi Bet: Guide to Smarter Bet Building

Written by Andy Walker

Same Game Multi betting is an increasingly popular feature offered by major betting platforms, positioned as a modern variation of the traditional accumulator. Instead of combining selections from different matches, a Same Game Multi lets punters combine several bets from a single sporting event.

A multi, or accumulator, is a selection of different bets combined into one big bet. Traditionally, accumulators required selections from separate events, but Same Game Multis allow a multi bet of four or more selections from the one event.

Same Game Multis work similarly to standard accumulators — every selection must win for the overall bet to succeed. A key advantage is settlement speed, since these bets can often be settled within 30 minutes of the game finishing.

Placing one involves selecting an event, choosing the Same Game Multi tab, picking multiple markets such as match winner, goal totals or player-specific outcomes, adding the selections to a bet slip, entering a stake and confirming.

Key rules to be aware of: bets are typically valid for the first 90 minutes only, conflicting selections can't be combined, multiple matches can't be included in one Same Game Multi, and free bets or welcome offers usually can't be used on them.
