How To Use Your Free Bet
As stated, the main area of InfernoBet is live betting, but it also covers plenty of pre-match markets as well, on a variety of different sports. Considering how new the site is, there is a great number of sports available – over thirty, including:
- Football
- Horse Racing Darts
- Snooker
- NBA
- American Football Esports Swimming
- Ice Hockey
As well as sports, the site also offers you the chance to bet on eSports such as Counter Strike, League of Legends, Dota 2, e-football and e-basketball. You can also bet on UK movies and sports such as Britain’s Got Talent as well as global politics and specials, such as the Royal Family. Overall, we were very impressed by the number of sports, events and markets available at InfernoBet InfernoB Live and In-Play betting seems to be the selling point of InfernoBet and it’s hard to nd any fault whatsoever.
When you have picked your sport, you won’t be disappointed with the markets on offer. Taking football as an example, you can bet on many of the global leagues and competitions. You can nd all of the main popular European leagues such as Premier League, Serie A, Bundesliga etc. as well as smaller international leagues. Most of which have hundreds of betting markets.
What Betting Options Are Available?

The site promotes live betting and all the events available are easy. It’s straight there in front of your eyes as soon as you open it up, what’s more, it gives you lots of options. You have a multi-view option available too, which
means you can see a number of live matches as they happen if you have bet on more than one event. When you look
at each event you can see visual representations of everything that happens including corners, attacks, penalties, goals etc. Underneath this, you can see all the odds and markets as they change and as it happens.
There is also a live betting calendar available, so you can see all of the live events that are coming up in the near future. This is handy if you are a keen in-play bettor and like to know what bets you can make in the coming week.
Unfortunately, at this time, there is no live streaming option available and it relies heavily on its impressive live betting service. However, there are plenty of sites that do offer live streaming service, so it would denitely be something it could invest in in the future, especially with such a heavy focus on live betting.
Cash-out Betting
As you would expect from a new betting site, InfernoBet does offer its players the option to cash out on certain bets. So, if you have made a bet on an event which has yet to have resulted, then it may offer you to cash out your bet for a percentage of the winnings – which will depend entirely on the likelihood of your bet coming through. The more likely your bet is to win, the greater the cash-out offer will be.
They will also offer you the chance to partially cash out your bet. This means that you can keep some of your bet active and accept the cash-out offer for the rest of your bet. Read more about cash out in our cash out guide.
InfernoBet Payment Methods

Getting your money in and out of a betting site is very important. You need to be able to do so quickly and easily, but you also need to make sure it’s safe and secure as well. This means plenty of variety, speed, low minimums and high maximums. One of the most frustrating things about any online transaction is the payment. However, we have to say that we were very pleasantly surprised by the number of payment options available at InfernoBet, which is the same as most Progressive Play betting sites. Deposits are very simple, and they are immediate – although are set to require 2- step authentication. They are also protected by InfernoBet’s strong security methods.
- Debit Card
- Mastercard
- Neteller
- Skrill
- Visa
- PayPal
- Withdrawals
The withdrawal times are very standard compared to other betting sites. Obviously, the quickest withdrawal method is via eWallets, such as Neteller and Skrill – which is the quickest and you can get to your winnings in less than a business day. While bank transfers can typically take anywhere from 2-5 business days to complete. Furthermore, the withdrawal limits depend on the method you use, so you need to check it out. Also, you need to withdraw using the same method with which you deposit so you need to take this into account when making your deposit. This is the same for all sites and is due to anti-money-laundering regulations. The only thing we did notice though, which we didn’t think was great, was that they attach withdrawal fees of £2.50, which knocks a few points off in our score

InfernoBet Customer Service Options
This is one area that we like to give rigorous testing as it can make or break your entire customer experience. In general, we found the customer service to be good. You can contact the team using a number of methods including live chat and email. However, there was no phone number, which is something some people prefer to use. They also didn’t have social media contact available. Furthermore, the live chat was available from 8am to 12 am, so not 24 hours. However, it is open 7 days a week which is good. Also, they responded very quickly to live chat – in under a minute usually – and under 24 hours for email, which is pretty decent. They also resolved our queries quickly and we had no issues there at all.
Overall, we found it to be solid – helpful and quick, but not enough ways to contact and not 24 hours!
About InfernoBet
As the name suggests, visually, the site looks red hot – black and red with burning orange flames. It looks smart and attractive whilst remaining simple and easy. The betting site is primarily sports, so as soon as you open up the site, you are automatically on the sports betting page. The lobby/main page is the live sports betting page and straight away gives you direct visual access to the main game on at that time – with its stats and odds. Almost like it is steering you towards placing a bet on that particular live match. However, if you go to the Events Dashboard, you will see all of the live fixtures taking place. Automatically it shows football matches. However, there is a menu to the side which takes you to all the other popular sports. At the top of this menu, you can opt to see the sports either live or pre-match events.
This is a very unusual layout compared to other betting sites and it took us a while to get used to it. It is geared up specifically for live betting and that is obviously where it focuses much of its attention. We did appreciate the search bar available though, as it made it easier to navigate the sports and matches available. However, if you are a lover of live sport betting, then this is a great site as it offers a live overview as well as a live Multiview, which means you can keep an eye on more than one match as it happens. There is also a live calendar in the top menu, which means you can plan your betting easily.
Once you get used to the differences, the site becomes much easier to navigate. You can access the casino area using a tab at the top. Beside this, you can also access the promotions and the customer service. At the top right you can also choose to join, log in or change the language. All other areas of the site can be found at the bottom menu, which is where the FAQ section is located, Contact Us, VIP club and more.

InfernoBet Mobile App
So, how does the IndernoBet mobile offering compare to the other top betting apps? Well, we were surprised to see that InfernoBet doesn’t currently offer an app – as most new betting sites offer this as standard. Maybe this is something they will add. It is relatively new as a site, so it could be in the pipeline.
Having said that, this is no great loss because the InfernoBet mobile site is pretty good in its own right and is a very good alternative. At first, I actually found the mobile site to be easier to use than the desktop as it took me straight to a choice of football matches, not just the featured live match.
There is a menu on the side that opens up and gives you the option to join now, log in, access promotions, support, change language and hit the casino. What’s more, the site is very easy to scroll down and has a search button to help you navigate. We also found it to be very quick and responsive. We also found it easy to access registration, claim the bonuses and contact customer support. It was a great mobile site all in all – hopefully, there will be an app soon to match!
InfernoBet Casino
First and foremost, InfernoBet is a sports betting site. However, if you fancy trying out something else, then there is the casino area of the site that is definitely worth a look. In fact, considering it’s a sportsbook first, the casino is very impressive and one of the better ones out there.
On the site, you can find over 600 games, most of which are slots. There is an excellent selection to choose from. There are also games from around 70 different developers, which is pretty incredible – including NetEnt, Microgaming and Quickspin. You can also sort the games by provider, which is great if you have a favourite!
The games are split into different sections – featured, slot, casino, live, jackpots and virtual sports. So, not only can you choose from the best slots, but you can enjoy jackpot games such as Fruit Bonanza, Beez Kneez Jackpot and Crystal Lotus. There are also table games such as European Roulette, Joker Poker, Vegas Strip Blackjack, baccarat and plenty more. The virtual sports section allows you to choose games including Virtual Horses, Cricket Star, Virtual Football, Virtual Greyhounds and more.

This is a new site and it has a lot going for it for a beginner. If we look at the positives of InfernoBet, we can definitely talk about the number of sports and markets, the live betting options, the number of payment options available, the mobile site experience and the casino. All of these should rightly be acknowledged. There are a few areas to improve, but mainly because it is so new. Firstly, there are withdrawal fees, which isn’t great. We also would like more ways to communicate with Customer Service – as well as 24-hour service. We’d also like to see more betting features available – like Bet Builder, Edit Bet and live streaming. Overall, it’s a solid performance and is definitely worth a look.
