The customer service overall quality was good actually. We found that the customer service team seemed to be very well trained and very understanding. They were quick to deal with our issues and it was hard to find a fault with the actual team.

The phone and live chat mean that you can get in touch with someone within a couple of minutes. Email does take a bit longer and can take around a day – obviously, depending on how busy the site is.
One small thing we did notice though, was that it wasn’t 24-hour support. Currently, they are open between 06.00 – 23.00. While this isn’t too shabby, and it gave a pretty decent coverage ideally, we do like to see 24-hour service.
There is also a pretty good FAQ section on the site which we like. It’s pretty easy to work your way around as is intuitive. Visually, the mobile site looks as good as the desktop site, with its strong black and red colours. Despite being on a smaller screen, it is still really clear and very readable. It also loads really quickly. We were really happy with the mobile site but would prefer an app as well.
